The Vista Los Suenos Waterfall Canyoning offers an exhilarating adventure that combines elements of hiking, technical rappelling, and swimming in the breathtaking natural landscapes of Costa Rica.

Prepare to be awestruck as you navigate through the canyon, encountering a series of pristine waterfalls of varying heights. Rappel down vertical rock faces, feeling the cool mist from the cascading water on your skin.

The journey begins with professional guides that equip you with safety gear, including a helmet, harness, and specialized rappelling equipment. Prepare for a 15-minute tractor ride in the lush rainforests of Costa Rica. You will then take a 10 to 15-minute scenic hike through dense foliage. During this hike, you will find some steep areas and some steps. Upon arrival at the first decent, you will get all the safety instructions and start with our first rappel into the canyon, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Enjoy three waterfall descents, with the highest being more than 6 meters. This adventure will leave you with a sense of accomplishment and memories of an adrenaline-fueled exploration of Costa Rica's stunning natural wonders.

What to bring: waterproof camera phone, towel, extra clothes and water shoes are mandatory.

Canyoning restrictions:
The level of difficulty is medium.
Minimum age: 6 years
You must be able to climb steep stairs.
You hike for 10 to 15 minutes.
Your clothes and shoes will get wet.
Hiking shoes are not allowed.
To participate in the canyoning, we recommend you have a sense of adventure.
